Roseneath Fall Fair

Over the past 14 years, the Festival Nomad (Gary) and I have visited a lot of agricultural fairs.
They all have been very interesting…
And, great fun!
The Roseneath Fall Fair is one of those great events!
The Roseneath Fair is also very unique!
On the fairgrounds is the historic Roseneath Carousel.
The Carousel is open throughout the spring and summer months and a terrific addition to the Fall Fair.
I think what I like most about the Roseneath Fair is how innovative it is.
Yes, it does offer visitors traditional fair activities.
But, the Roseneath Agricultural Society members are always looking for ways to improve…
Not only for the fair, itself, but for other fairground activities.
Roseneath is located just north of Cobourg, so it’s an easy drive from highway 401.
The Roseneath Fall Fair has been entertaining visitors for over 150 years!
As my friend Barb tells me, “It’s the hidden gem in the valley, in the hills of Northumberland County“!
